To suppress sound generation in cutoff of a faucet.SOLUTION: A damper structure for faucet comprises a housing member 2 which can be fitted to a flow passage pipe arranged downstream of a cutoff valve in a state of communicating with the flow passage pipe, and an elastic member 22 in a cylindrical shape which is housed in the housing member 2, hermetically sealed and expandable/shrinkable. and which encloses air. When water is flowing in a flow passage pipe, the elastic member 22 shrinks with flowing water pressure. When the cutoff valve is closed, the elastic member 22 quickly expands to restore itself as the flowing water pressure decreases, and then a negative pressure produced in the flow passage pipe is absorbed to reduce a sound generated with a water hammer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】水栓における止水時の音の発生を抑える。【解決手段】止水弁の下流側に配置される流路管と連通する状態で流路管に取り付け可能なハウジング部材2と、ハウジング部材2の内部に収容されて、密封且つ膨張・収縮可能な円筒形状の、空気を内包した弾性部材22とを備える。流路管を水が流れているとき、流水圧により弾性部材22は収縮する。止水弁が閉じられると、流水圧の減少に伴って、弾性部材22が速やかに膨張・復元することにより流路管内に生じる負圧が吸収されてウォーターハンマーによって発生する音が軽減される。【選択図】図2
