To provide a sludge scraping device that can surely activate switching of a sludge-scraping scraper in a sedimentation basin without being disturbed by accumulated sludge.SOLUTION: The sludge scraping device comprises: mounting bases 15-17 in which machines 13 in lengthy shapes configured to be able to freely move back and forth by placing wheels on a guide trajectory such as a guide rail 7 set at a position along a center in a basin width on a bottom wall 5 of a sedimentation basin 1 are arranged at a plurality of places; and cylindrical machine body main bodes 14 in lengthy shapes that connect the mounting bases to one another, where sludge scrapers 53, mounted on the mounting bases through bearings through which scraper axes 50 are passed, are configured so that postures thereof can be switched into a scraping state and a returning state in interlock with movement in a longitudinal direction thereof. Forward/backward movement switch protruding pieces 59 provided in forward/backward movement switch interlocking members 28 in square pipe shapes that can fit into the machine bodies and can move back and forth and axial levers 57 around the axes of the scrapers are connected to each other through interlocking links 58.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
