GUIDE RAILS FOR ARCHITECTURAL SHUTTER
To provide a guide rail for architectural shutter excellent in strength, which includes a locking unit configured so that a windproof hook 2b provided on a shutter curtain 2 locks a guide rail 3 for guiding the ascent and descent of the shutter curtain 2 to open and close the opening E to prevent the shutter curtain 2 from being unengaged.SOLUTION: The guide rail for architectural shutter has a guide rail 3 that includes: a groove bottom piece 3a; a first groove side piece 3b which is flat from the groove opening end to the groove bottom piece 3a; an open-side side piece 3d from the opening end of the guide groove to the intermediate position in the groove depth direction so that the groove width becomes wider on the outdoor side; an intermediate extension piece 3e extends outward from open-side side piece 3d; and a backside side piece 3f of the groove from the intermediate extension piece 3e to the groove bottom piece 3a. The intermediate extension piece 3e is integrally formed of an extruded steel material configured so that a windproof hook 2b provided on the shutter curtain 2 is locked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】開口部Ｅの開閉をするシャッターカーテン２の昇降案内をするガイドレール３を、シャッターカーテン２に設けた耐風フック２ｂが係止してシャッターカーテン２の抜止めをする係止部を備えたものとしながら、強度的に優れたものを簡単に提供できるようにする。【解決手段】ガイドレール３を、溝底片部３ａと、溝開口端部から溝底片部３ａに至るまで平面状の第一溝側片部３ｂと、溝幅が屋外側に幅広となるようガイド溝開口端から溝奥方向中間位置にまでの開口側側片部３ｄ、開口側側片部３ｄから外方に向けて延出する中間側延出片部３ｅ、そして中間側延出片部３ｅから溝底片部３ａに至る溝奥側側片部３ｆを備え、中間側延出片部３ｅが、シャッターカーテン２に設けた耐風フック２ｂが係止するようにしたものを、鋼材を押出成形することで一体形成するようにした。【選択図】図１０
