GUIDE RAIL FOR ARCHITECTURAL SHUTTER
To provide guide rail 3 for architectural shutter with a simple structure capable of attaching an upper guide provided at the upper edge of the guide rail 2 for guiding a shutter curtain 2 unwound from the take-up drum 4 to the guide rail 3 in which the entire part including the intermediate extension piece 3e, which is a locking unit for locking a windproof hook 2b provided on the shutter curtain 2, is integrally molded by extrusion molding of steel material.SOLUTION: An upper guide is configured in a two-divided type that is constituted of: a first guide 12 that has a first groove side piece 3b, a groove bottom piece 3a, and guide pieces 12a, 12b, 12c each extending upward from the upper end of a backside side piece 3f of the groove; and a second guide 13 including a guide piece 13a extending upward from the upper end of an opening side edge 3d. The upper guide corresponding to the groove shape provided with the intermediate extension piece 3e has a simple structure so as to be easily attached to the guide rail 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】巻取りドラム４から繰出されたシャッターカーテン２をガイドレール３に案内すべくガイドレール２の上端縁部に設けられる上部ガイドを、シャッターカーテン２に設けた耐風フック２ｂが係止する係止部となる中間側延出片部３ｅを含めた全体を鋼材の押出成形により一体成形したガイドレール３に簡単な構造で取付けできるようにする。【解決手段】上部ガイドを、第一溝側片部３ｂ、溝底片部３ａ、溝奥側側片部３ｆの上端部からそれぞれ上方に延出するガイド片部１２ａ、１２ｂ、１２ｃを備えた第一ガイド１２と、開口側端縁部３ｄの上端部から上方に延出するガイド片部１３ａを備えた第二ガイド１３とによる二分割型にして、中間側延出片部３ｅが設けられた溝形状に対応した上部ガイドを構造簡単で、しかもガイドレール３に簡単に取付けることができるようにする。【選択図】図７
