GUIDE RAIL MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR ARCHITECTURAL SHUTTER DEVICE AND MOUNTING METHOD
To provide a guide rail 3 capable of ensuring strength by extruding steel and integrally molding the entire part including an intermediate extension piece 3e, which is a locking unit that locks a windproof hook 2b provided on a shutter curtain 2, which is capable of installing and fixing the guide rail 3 on the skeleton side in a state capable of ensuring the strength.SOLUTION: A guide rail 3 is formed by extruding steel material, which includes: a groove bottom piece 3a; a first groove side piece 3b from groove bottom piece 3a to the groove opening end of a guide groove X; and a second groove side piece 3c provided with an intermediate extension piece 3e to which the windproof hook 2b locks. The guide rail 3 is shipped from the factory and brought to the site after being attaching with rail-side first and second decorative plates 8 and 9 covering the exposed surface. In the site, the guide rail 3 is assembled by welding the groove bottom piece 3a and the second groove side piece 3c to the depth surface 6a and the front surface 6b of post 6 in a state strong and well workability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ガイドレール３を、シャッターカーテン２に設けた耐風フック２ｂが係止する係止部となる中間側延出片部３ｅを含めた全体を鋼材の押出成形により一体成形して強度確保ができるようにしながら、該ガイドレール３を躯体側に強度確保できる状態で取付け固定できるようにする。【解決手段】ガイドレール３を、溝底片部３ａと、溝底片部３ａからガイド溝Ｘの溝開口端部に至る第一溝側片部３ｂと、耐風フック２ｂが係止する中間側延出片部３ｅが設けられた第二溝側片部３ｃとを備えたものとして鋼材を押出成形して形成されたものとし、このものに、露出面を被覆するレール側第一、第二化粧板８、９が設けられたものとして工場出荷をして現場搬入し、そして現場では、溝底片部３ａと第二溝側片部３ｃとを支柱６の見込み面部６ａ、見付け面部６ｂに溶着するようにしてガイドレール３を、強固でしかも作業性が向上する状態で組み付けできるようにする。【選択図】図４
