To provide a traffic lane marker stand tool capable of using an existing anchor and being detachable easily, and a traffic lane marker.SOLUTION: A traffic lane maker stand tool comprises a male side anchor member 22 which has a male screw part 22A and a head part 22B, and is fixed to an anchor base material 21 by screwing the male screw part 22A into the female screw part 21A formed in the anchor base material 21, and a female side anchor member 23 placed at a lower end part of a traffic lane marker body 10 and provided with an insertion hole 23B into which the head part 22B of the male side anchor member 22 is inserted. A plurality of nail parts 23C is provided to be projected on an inner surface of the male side anchor member 23, and a plurality of engaging grooves 22C for engaging the nail parts 23C is provided on a circumference surface of the head part 22B of the male side anchor member 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
