【課題】従来、掘削軸を、掘削孔の壁面に摺接する摺接体により支持する構成のため、複数の掘削軸に掛かる荷重を充分に支持できず、複数の掘削軸全体が駆動部を支点に回転するのを防止できないという課題がある。【解決手段】地上に設置されたベースマシン2に設けられたリーダーマスト3に昇降自在に取付けた駆動装置5により駆動回転する掘削軸7を駆動装置5に複数並列状態で設け、この複数の掘削軸7のうち中央の中央掘削軸7Aの両側に外側掘削軸7Bをそれぞれ設け、前記複数の掘削軸7のうち、中央の中央掘削軸7Aの外周は剛性カバー9により包囲し、剛性カバー9の上部は駆動装置5側に固定状態に取付け、剛性カバー9の下方所定位置には各掘削軸7および前記剛性カバー9とを一体状に連結する連結体10を設けた多軸掘削装置。【選択図】図2
