MULTI-SHAFT DRILLING DEVICE
To solve the problem in which conventionally, a drilling shaft is supported by a sliding contact body that slides into a wall surface of a drilling hole regardless of the ground properties at a work site, so that the drilling hole in the sliding contact portion of the sliding contact body collapses, in addition, only a part of a plurality of drilling shafts is supported by a sliding contact body, and the load applied to the plurality of drilling shafts cannot be sufficiently supported, and the entire plurality of drilling shafts cannot be prevented from rotating around a drive unit as a fulcrum.SOLUTION: In a multi-shaft drilling device, a plurality of drilling shafts 7 driven and rotated by a drive device 5 mounted to freely move up and down on a leader mast 3 provided on a base machine 2 installed on the ground is provided in parallel with the drive device 5, a pair of outer drilling shafts 7A are provided on both sides of a central intermediate drilling shaft 7B in a group of the plurality of drilling shafts 7. Of the group of the plurality of drilling shafts 7, a pair of outer drilling shafts 7A are configured to have higher rigidity than the intermediate drilling shaft 7B by a rigidity improvement configuration 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従来、作業現場の地盤の性状とは無関係に、掘削軸を、掘削孔の壁面に摺接する摺接体により支持する構成のため、摺接体の摺接する部分の掘削孔が崩れるという課題がある。また、複数の掘削軸の一部を摺接体により支持するのみとなって、複数の掘削軸に掛かる荷重を充分に支持できず、複数の掘削軸全体が駆動部を支点に回転するのを防止できないという課題がある。【解決手段】地上に設置されたベースマシン2に設けられたリーダーマスト3に昇降自在に取付けた駆動装置5により駆動回転する掘削軸7を駆動装置5に並列状態で複数設け、この複数の掘削軸7群のうち中央の中間掘削軸7Bの両側に一対の外側掘削軸7Aを設け、前記複数の掘削軸7群のうち、一対の外側掘削軸7Aを中間掘削軸7Bに比し剛性向上構成20により剛性を高くして構成した多軸掘削装置。【選択図】図2
