VALVE DISPOSED ON VERTICAL PIPE TYPE HORIZONTAL SLUICE
To provide a valve capable of properly stopping water even when a water pressure is insufficient.SOLUTION: A valve includes: a T-shaped pipe 12 having a vertical portion 14 and a horizontal portion 16; and a valve element 22 disposed inside of the vertical portion. A valve seat 18 is disposed on a part adjacent to the horizontal portion at an intake pipe side of the vertical portion, and the valve seat is disposed in a manner of being inclined inward from an end portion upper end of the horizontal portion of the intake pipe side toward a lower part. The valve element has: a cylindrical outer pipe 24 opened at an upper end and a lower end and having an outer diameter same as an inner diameter of the vertical portion; and an inner pipe 26 disposed inside of the outer pipe in a manner of forming a space with an inner face of the outer pipe and connected to a valve rod 38 at an upper end. An intake pipe-side lower portion of the outer pipe is cut off at an angle to be agreed with an angle of the valve seat, a water stop state is kept when the valve element is lowered and a lower portion at an intake pipe side of the outer pipe is seated on the valve seat, and an end portion of the inner pipe is communicated with a discharge port pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水圧が不十分なときであっても良好な止水を達成することができる弁を提供する。【解決手段】垂直部14および水平部16を有するT字管12と、垂直部の内部に配置される弁体22とを備え、垂直部の呑口管側の水平部に隣接した個所に弁座18が設けられ、弁座が、呑口管側の水平部の端部上端から下方に向けて内方に傾斜して配置されており、弁体が、上端と下端が開口し、垂直部の内径と同じ外径をもつ円筒形の外管24と、外管の内面との間に空間が形成されるように外管の内部に配置され、上端が弁棒38に接続される内管26とを有し、外管の呑口管側の下部が、弁座の角度に合致するような角度に切除されており、弁体を下降させて外管の呑口管側の下部を弁座に着座させると止水状態になり、内管の端部が吐口管と連通するように構成されている。【選択図】図1
