VALVE DISPOSED ON VERTICAL PIPE TYPE HORIZONTAL SLUICE
To provide a valve free from unevenness in water stopping by smoothly moving in moving a valve element up and down.SOLUTION: A valve includes: a T-shaped pipe 12 having a vertical portion 14 and a horizontal portion 16; and a valve element 22 disposed inside of the vertical portion. A valve seat 18 having an opening at a center, is disposed on a part adjacent to the horizontal portion at an intake pipe side of the vertical portion. The valve element has: a cylindrical outer pipe 24 opened at an upper end and a lower end, and having an outer diameter substantially same as an inner diameter of the vertical portion; and an inner pipe 26 disposed inside of the outer pipe in a manner of forming a space with an inner face of the outer pipe, connected to the opening of the outer pipe at an end portion, and connected to a valve rod 38 at an upper end. An outer face of the outer pipe is formed to be tapered to an inner part of the outer pipe with respect to a vertical line toward the lower part, an inner face of the vertical portion for housing the outer pips is also tapered, the valve element 22 is lowered to be seated on the valve seat 18 thus a water stop state is provided, and an end portion of the inner pipe is communicated with a discharge pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】弁体の昇降時に円滑に動くことにより止水にムラが生じない弁を提供する。【解決手段】垂直部14および水平部16を有するT字管12と、垂直部の内部に配置される弁体22とを備え、垂直部の呑口管側の水平部に隣接した個所に、中央に開口がある弁座18が設けられ、弁体が、上端と下端が開口し、垂直部の内径とほぼ同じ外径をもつほぼ円筒形の外管24と、外管の内面との間に空間が形成されるように外管の内部に配置され、端部が前記外管の開口に接続され、上端が弁棒38に接続される内管26とを有し、外管の外面が、下方に向かって垂直線に対して外管の内方にテーパするように形作られ、外管が収納される垂直部の内面もテーパが付けられており、弁体22を下降させて弁座18に着座させると止水状態になり、内管の端部が吐口管と連通するように構成されている。【選択図】図1
