DRAIN PLUG DEVICE
To provide the drain plug device capable of dramatically increasing degree of freedom regarding an upper surface shape of a plug cover while more reliably preventing water from remaining on an upper surface of the plug cover.SOLUTION: The drain plug device 1 comprises the plug cover 6 for opening and closing a drainage inlet 21 into which the water flows during drainage, and an operating shaft mechanism 4 having an operating shaft 42 located on a back side of the plug cover 6, wherein an open/closed state of the drainage inlet 21 can be switched by moving the plug cover 6 with reciprocating movement of the operating shaft 42. The plug cover 6 is configured to rotate as the operating shaft 42 reciprocates, and the plug cover 6 is tilted diagonally with respect to a horizontal direction when the drainage inlet 21 is at least one of the open state and the closed state. As a result, it is possible to more reliably prevent the water from remaining on the upper surface of the plug cover 6. Further, in order to prevent the water from remaining, it is not necessary to make the upper surface shape of the plug cover 6 an upwardly convex curved surface shape, and the degree of the freedom regarding the upper surface shape of the plug cover 6 can be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】栓蓋の上面における水の残留をより確実に防止しつつ、栓蓋の上面形状に関する自由度を飛躍的に高めることができる排水栓装置を提供する。【解決手段】排水栓装置1は、排水時に水が流入する排水流入口21を開閉するための栓蓋6と、栓蓋6の裏側に位置する作動軸42を備えてなる作動軸機構4とを備え、作動軸42の往復移動に伴い栓蓋6が移動することで、排水流入口21の開閉状態を切換可能とされる。栓蓋6は、作動軸42の往復移動に伴い回動するように構成されており、排水流入口21が開状態及び閉状態の少なくとも一方であるときに栓蓋6が水平方向に対し斜めに傾いた状態となる。これにより、栓蓋6の上面における水の残留をより確実に防止可能となる。また、水の残留防止を図るために、栓蓋6の上面形状を上に凸の湾曲面状とする必要がなく、栓蓋6の上面形状に関する自由度を高めることができる。【選択図】 図4
