REPAIR DEVICE AND REPAIR METHOD FOR OPENING PORTION OF BURIED PIPE, AND REGENERATION METHOD OF BURIED PIPE
To repair an opening portion by placing a repair material on an inner peripheral surface of the opening portion of a buried pipe by making a packer expandable without using a compressor.SOLUTION: A first pressing member 11 and a second pressing member 12 of a repair device 10 are opposed to each other, and respectively disposed at an outer peripheral side and an inner peripheral side of a peripheral wall 1a through an opening 1c of the peripheral wall 1a of the buried pipe 1. A packer 30 composed of an annular elastic body is held between the pressing members 11, 12. A repair material 4 attachable to an inner peripheral surface of the opening portion 1c is disposed on an outer periphery of the packer 30. Torque of a rotational driving portion 21 is converted into linear movement force by a conversion mechanism 40, and the linear movement force is imparted to the first pressing member 11 by a force imparting portion 41a to make the pressing members 11, 12 approach or separate from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】コンプレッサを用いることなくパッカーを膨張可能とすることによって、埋設管の開口部の内周面に補修材を設置して開口部を補修する。【解決手段】補修装置10の第1押圧部材11及び第2押圧部材12を互いに対向させて、埋設管1の周壁1aの開口部1cを挟んで周壁1aの外周側と内周側にそれぞれ配置する。押圧部材11,12の間に環状の弾性体からなるパッカー30を挟み付ける。開口部1cの内周面に貼り付け可能な補修材4をパッカー30の外周に設ける。回転駆動部21の回転力を変換機構40で直線移動力に変換し、力付与部41aによって前記直線移動力を第1押圧部材11に付与することによって、押圧部材11,12どうしを接近離間させる。【選択図】図3
