To provide an indoor stretching body for an indoor space part, and a stretching method for the indoor stretching body of the indoor space part, which can firmly and safely stretch the indoor stretching body along window parts and side faces of the indoor space part, and can facilitate the stretching work process.SOLUTION: An indoor stretching body of an indoor space part comprises a stretching body corresponding to the window parts and side faces of the indoor space part. The stretching body comprises a net body or sheet body, which has a piece of stretching main body or a plural pieces of stretching main body, and stretches it fixedly along the window parts and side faces through fixing means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
