FLOOD COUNTERMEASURE SYSTEM, DRAINAGE CONTROL PROGRAM, HOST COMPUTER, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
To provide a flood countermeasure system capable of improving certainty of protecting one or more buildings in an area on the premises from flooding.SOLUTION: A flood countermeasure system 1 is provided in an area on the premises having a building 2 and a water cut-off wall 10 surrounding the periphery of the premises where the building 2 exists, and the flood countermeasure system comprises: an inside flood sensor 12 for detecting a water level by a flood F in an area on the premises 4 surrounded with the water cut-off wall 10; a drain pump 21 installed in the area on the premises 4 for discharging the flood F generated in the area on the premises 4 to an area outside the premises 5 outside the water cut-off wall 10; and a control unit 50 for driving the drain pump 21 when it is determined that the water level in the area on the premises 4 becomes higher than an inside reference water level based on the water level detected by the inside flood sensor 12, and stopping the drain pump 21 when it is determined that the water level in the area on the premises 4 becomes lower than the inside reference water level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】敷地内領域にある1つ以上の建物を洪水による浸水から保護する確実性を向上させることができる洪水対策システムを提供する。【解決手段】洪水対策システム1は、建物2と、建物2が存在する敷地の周囲を取り囲む止水壁10とを有する敷地領域に設けられるものであり、止水壁10で囲まれた敷地内領域4での洪水Fによる水位を検知する内側洪水センサー12と、敷地内領域4で発生した洪水Fを、止水壁10の外側にある敷地外領域5に排出する敷地内領域4に設置された排水ポンプ21と、内側洪水センサー12が検知した水位に基づいて、敷地内領域4での水位が内側基準水位よりも高くなったと判断した場合に、排水ポンプ21を駆動させ、敷地内領域4での水位が内側基準水位よりも低くなったと判断した場合に、排水ポンプ21を停止させる制御部50とを備える。【選択図】図1
