To provide a method for manufacturing a fitting capable of easily manufacturing the fitting, and a fitting.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a fitting 1 according to the present embodiment, i.e., in a method of manufacturing a fitting 1 having a core material 2 provided with an insertion groove 24 and a decorative member 3 for decorating the core material 2, the decorative member 3 is configured to have a plate-shaped decorative body 31 covering the core material 2 and an insertion portion 32 protruded from the peripheral edge portion of the decorative body 31 in a direction crossing the decorative body 31; the core material 2 and at least two decorative members 3 to which the respective insertion portions 32 are fixed to each other are prepared; and the two insertion portions 32 fixed to each other are inserted into the same insertion groove 24 of the core material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建具を簡易に製造することができる建具の製造方法及び建具を提供する。【解決手段】本実施の形態に係る建具１の製造方法は、挿入溝２４が設けられている芯材２と、前記芯材２を化粧する化粧部材３とを備える建具１を製造する方法において、前記化粧部材３は、前記芯材２を覆う板状の化粧本体３１と、該化粧本体３１の周縁部に、前記化粧本体３１に交差する方向に突設されている挿入部３２とを有し、前記芯材２と、夫々の前記挿入部３２が互いに固定されている少なくとも２つの前記化粧部材３とを準備し、互いに固定されている２つの前記挿入部３２を、前記芯材２の同一の挿入溝２４に挿入することを特徴とする。【選択図】図３
