To provide a fitting and a method for manufacturing the fitting that can suppress warpage.SOLUTION: A fitting 1 according to the present disclosure is a fitting 1 comprising a frame 2 made of wood, and a face material 4 made of wood bonded to a depth surface of the frame 2 so as to cover an opening of the frame 2. A plurality of paper cylinders 5 are arranged inside the frame 2 so that the axial direction thereof runs along the depth direction of the frame 2. An end surface of the cylinder 5 is adhered to the inner surface of the face material 4. The rigidity of the cylinder 5 against bending in the radial direction is greater than the rigidity of the frame 2 against bending in the longitudinal direction and the stiffness against bending in the longitudinal direction of the face material 4, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】反りを抑制することができる建具及び建具の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本開示に係る建具1は、木材製の枠体2と、該枠体2の開口を覆うようにして前記枠体2の見付け面に接着されている木材製の面材4とを備える建具1において、前記枠体2の内側に、軸長方向が前記枠体2の見込み方向に沿うようにして紙製の円筒5が複数配置されており、該円筒5の端面は前記面材4の内面に接着されており、前記円筒5の径方向の曲げに対する剛性は、前記枠体2の長手方向の曲げに対する剛性及び前記面材4の長手方向の曲げに対する剛性夫々よりも大きいことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
