To provide a water bloom recovery apparatus capable of reducing a volume of collected water bloom and requires little maintenance, since dehydration performance for dehydrating water bloom does not degrade even after prolonged use.SOLUTION: A water bloom recovery apparatus includes: rotating disc means 26 having a rotating disc 26A which rotates vertically with an outer peripheral part immersed near a water surface and is made of a highly insulating material; charging means 32 which charges the rotating disc 26A positively or negatively to generate an adsorption force which adsorbs a water bloom W on the rotating disc 26A by static electricity; a rake 34 which scrapes off the water bloom W adsorbed on the rotating disc 26A; and water bloom discharge means 36 which receives and discharges the water bloom W scraped off by the rake 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】長時間使用してもアオコを脱水する脱水性能が低下しないので、回収したアオコの体積を常に小さくできると共にメンテナンスを殆ど必要としないアオコ回収装置を提供する。【解決手段】水面近傍に外周部分が浸漬して縦向きに回転すると共に絶縁性の高い素材で製作された回転円板26Aを有する回転円板手段26と、回転円板26Aをプラス又はマイナスに帯電させて回転円板26Aに記アオコWを静電気によって吸着させる吸着力を発生させる帯電手段32と、回転円板26Aに吸着したアオコWを掻き取るレーキ34と、レーキ34によって掻き取られたアオコWを受け取って排出するアオコ排出手段36と、を備えた。【選択図】図2
