BELT DRIVING MECHANISM AND AUTOMATIC DOOR DEVICE
To provide a belt driving mechanism capable of easily engaging a geared belt with a driven pulley and preventing the generation of abnormal noise caused by the contact of the geared belt even in long-term use, and provide an automatic door device incorporating the belt driving mechanism.SOLUTION: A belt driving mechanism includes: a geared belt 40 having a square shape in a cross section made of an elastic material; and a driven pulley 30 in which a groove inner surface 31a of a groove 31 with which the geared belt 40 that bridges between a driving pulley 20 connected to a driving motor 10 and the driven pulley is a curved surface shape formed so that the height gradually decreases from both ends 30a in a direction of a shaft 32 to a center 30b in the direction of the shaft with the result that the center of the width in the direction of the shaft 32 is the bottom relative to both end portions 30a. The groove inner surface 31a has a curved shape such that the geared belt 40 does not come off from both the end portions 30a which is brought into rotation by the driving pulley 20 driven by the driving motor 10 for rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】従動プーリーが歯付きベルトを掛け易く、かつ、長期の使用においても歯付きベルトが接触することによる異音の発生を防ぐことができるベルト駆動機構、および、ベルト駆動機構を組み込んだ自動ドア装置を提供すること。【解決手段】弾性材からなる断面四角形状の歯付きベルト40と、駆動モーター10に連結された駆動プーリー20との間で歯付きベルト40を環状に架け渡すために歯付きベルト40を掛ける溝31の溝内周面31aが、軸32方向の両端部30aから軸32方向の幅の中央部が最底となるように両端部30aから中央部30bに向けて漸次高さが低くなるように形成された曲面形状である従動プーリー30と、を有し、溝内周面31aは、駆動モーター10によって回転駆動された駆動プーリー20との間で回転される歯付きベルト40が両端部30aから外れないような曲面形状になっている。【選択図】図2
