BELT DRIVE MECHANISM AND AUTOMATIC DOOR DEVICE
To provide a belt drive mechanism capable of preventing occurrence of noise due to contact of a toothed belt with a flange of a drive pulley even in a long-term use, and an automatic door device into which the belt drive mechanism is incorporated.SOLUTION: A belt drive mechanism comprises: an elastic toothed belt 40 with a square cross section; a drive pulley 20 in which a tooth tip surface 22a and a tooth bottom surface 22b have the same curved surface shape in which the height gradually decreases from both end parts 20a and 20a toward a center part 20b so that the center part 20b having a width from both end parts 20a and 20a in the direction of an axis 23 is the lowermost bottom, and which transmits power of a drive motor 10 by engagement to the toothed belt 40 which is annularly bridged with a driven pulley 30. In a state where the drive pulleys 20 are arranged side by side so as to be orthogonal to the direction of the axis 23 of the drive motor 10, the drive pulley 20 is formed so that a width of the drive pulley 20 in the direction of the axis 23 is set such that one end surface of the drive pulley 20 in the direction of the axis 23 and a tip surface of the drive motor 10 in the axis direction are flush with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】長期の使用においても歯付きベルトが駆動プーリーのフランジに接触することによる異音の発生を防ぐことができるベルト駆動機構、および、ベルト駆動機構を組み込んだ自動ドア装置を提供すること。【解決手段】弾性を有する断面四角形状の歯付きベルト40と、歯先面22aおよび歯底面22bが、両端部20a、20aから軸23方向の幅の中央部20bが最底となるように両端部20a、20aから中央部20bに向けて漸次高さが低くなる同一の曲面形状をなし、駆動モーター10の動力を、従動プーリー30との間で環状に架け渡される歯付きベルト40に噛み合い伝動する駆動プーリー20と、を有する。駆動プーリー20は、駆動プーリー20を駆動モーター10の軸23方向に直交するように並んで配置させた状態にて、駆動プーリー20の軸23方向の幅が、駆動プーリー20の軸23方向の一方の端面と駆動モーター10の軸方向の先端面とが面一となる幅となるように形成される。【選択図】図8
