CHARCOAL SINTERED BODY
To provide a sintered body having a zirconia as a main phase and exhibiting a charcoal color in spite of its content of a large amount of aluminum, wherein a color tone difference confirmed visually due to difference of grinding depth is suppressed, compared to a conventional sintered body exhibiting a charcoal color.SOLUTION: A sintered body comprises: 1.0 mass% or more and less than 5.0 mass% of aluminum in Al2O3 equivalent; more than 0.7 mass% and 2.0 mass% or less of manganese in Mn3O4 equivalent; 0.1 mass% or more and 1.0 mass% or less of cobalt in Co3O4 equivalent; and the balance of yttria-containing zirconia.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】多量のアルミニウムを含有するにも関わらず、ジルコニアを主相とし濃灰色を呈する焼結体であって、従来の濃灰色を呈する焼結体と比べ、研削深度の違いに起因し視認される色調差が抑制されたものを提供する。【解決手段】Ａｌ２Ｏ３換算で１．０質量％以上５．０質量％未満のアルミニウム、Ｍｎ３Ｏ４換算で０．７質量％を超え２．０質量％以下のマンガン、及びＣｏ３Ｏ４換算で０．１質量％以上１．０質量％以下のコバルトを含有し、残部がイットリア含有ジルコニアであることを特徴とする焼結体。【選択図】なし
