MAGNETIC POWDER REMOVAL DEVICE
To provide a new magnetic powder removal device capable of not only effectively removing magnetic powder such as iron powder adhering to or accumulating on rails, but also holding the magnetic powder and effectively preventing the risk of it falling downward.SOLUTION: A magnetic powder removal device comprises: an inner magnet 19 arranged inside a rolling roller 9 that comes into contact with a rail R and rolls and magnetically magnetizes a magnetic powder on the rail R on the outer peripheral surface of the rolling roller 9; and a squeegee 10 which has one and the other of plate-shaped magnets 10b and 10c respectively fixed to the front surface and the back surface of a base material 10a, the lower end of which is in sliding contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rolling roller 9, in which the magnetic powder magnetized on the outer peripheral surface of the rolling roller is magnetized on one or the other of the plate-shaped magnets 10b and 10c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】レールに付着又は堆積した鉄粉等の磁性粉を効果的に除去するだけでなく該磁性粉を保持し、下方に落下する危険性を有効に防止することができる新規の磁性粉除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】レールRに接触し転動する転動ローラ9の内側に配置され該レールR上の磁性粉を該転動ローラ9の外周面に磁着させる内側磁石19と、下端は上記転動ローラ9の外周面に摺接する基材10aの正面及び裏面にそれぞれ固定され板状に成形された一方及び他方の板状磁石10b,10cと、を有し、上記転動ローラの外周面に磁着された上記磁性粉を上記一方又は他方の板状磁石10b,10cに磁着されるスキージ10と、を備えてなる。【選択図】 図2
