MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GROUND IMPROVEMENT SOIL AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD
To provide a manufacturing method of ground improvement soil including nanofiber mixed with cement material capable of improving the ground more effectively and efficiently by improving the dispersibility of the constituent materials to be mixed, and a ground improvement method using the ground improvement soil.SOLUTION: A ground improvement soil 1 is prepared by mixing soil 2, water 3, cement 4, and nanofiber 5 in a ground improvement device 9. When carrying out the ground improvement of object ground 7 using the ground improvement soil that exhibits the ground strength equal to or more than a reference value within a predetermined curing period T after the completion of the mixing, variation data on the uniaxial compressive strength of multiple test samples 6 of the ground improvement soil 1 is obtained in advance when the material age has passed the curing period T by using the test samples 6. The mixing ratio of at least the cement 4 in the ground improvement soil 1 is determined based on the obtained variation data and the reference value of the ground strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】混合される構成材料の分散性を向上させて、より効果的かつ効率的に地盤改良を行うことが可能なセメント系材料にナノファイバーが混合されている地盤改良土の製造方法およびこの地盤改良土を用いた地盤改良方法を提供する。【解決手段】土2と水3とセメント4とナノファイバー5とを地盤改良装置9によって混合して、この混合完了後の所定の養生期間T内に、基準値以上の地盤強度を発現する地盤改良土1を用いて対象地盤7に対して地盤改良を行うに際して、地盤改良土1の複数の試験サンプル6を用いて、材齢が養生期間T経過時の試験サンプル6の一軸圧縮強さのばらつきデータを予め把握しておき、この把握したばらつきデータと地盤強度の基準値とに基づいて、地盤改良土1での少なくともセメント4の配合割合を決定する。【選択図】図1
