To obtain an environment evaluation support device and an environment evaluation support program that can evaluate the environment of a building more effectively than when only light-related environmental factors are considered.SOLUTION: An environment evaluation support device 10 comprises an interior and exterior information acquisition part 11A acquiring interior and exterior information regarding the interior and exterior of a building to be evaluated, a route information acquisition part 11B acquiring route information indicating a movement route to be evaluated in the interior of the building, a derivation part 11D that derives state information indicating the state of change of each environmental factor including optical environmental factors related to light and non-optical environmental factors excluding such optical environmental factors when moving on a movement route indicated by route information acquired by the route information acquisition part 11B based on the interior and exterior information acquired by the interior and exterior information acquisition part 11A, and a presentation part 11E that presents the state of change of each environmental factor indicated by the state information derived by the derivation part 11D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
