CONNECTION FITTING AND GUARD FENCE USING THE CONNECTION FITTING
To provide a connection fitting that reduces a burden on a worker and facilitates the installation of the guard fence, and a guard fence using the connection fitting.SOLUTION: A connection fitting comprises a beam material receiving part and a cover part, and has a substantially cylindrical shape formed by a pair of half-split members. A side wall of either a front side or a back side of a guard fence of the beam material receiving part is formed higher than a height central position of a beam material holding part to form a first side wall. An other side wall is formed lower than the height central position of the beam material holding part. The cover part is provided on the side having the side wall of the beam material receiving part formed low. This side wall is formed long downward beyond the height central position of the beam material holding part to form a second side wall. On the side having the side wall of the beam material receiving part formed high, the side wall is formed short so as not to reach the height central position of the beam material holding part. The inner peripheral surface of each of the first side wall and the second side wall has a substantially vertical planar shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】作業者の負担が軽くなり、防護柵の設置が容易になる接続金具及び当該接続金具を用いた防護柵を提供すること。【解決手段】接続金具は、ビーム材受け部とカバー部とを備え半割り状の一対の部材により略円筒形状をなし、前記ビーム材受け部の防護柵正面側又は背面側のいずれか一方の側壁は、ビーム材保持部の高さ中央位置を越えて高く形成されて第一側壁部が形成され、他方の側壁はビーム材保持部の高さ中央位置よりも低く形成されており、前記カバー部は、前記ビーム材受け部の側壁が低く形成された側において、その側壁がビーム材保持部の高さ中央位置を越えて下方に長く形成されて第二側壁部が形成されると共に、前記ビーム材受け部の側壁が高く形成された側において、その側壁がビーム材保持部の高さ中央位置に達しない程度に短く形成され、かつ、前記第一側壁部及び第二側壁部は、いずれもその内周面が略垂直の面状とした。【選択図】 図３
