PINNING METHOD AND ANCHOR PIN USED FOR PINNING METHOD
To provide a pinning method and an anchor pin used for the pinning method capable of improving support strength of finishing material with the anchor pin by maintaining abutting area of a head part of the anchor pin and an opening edge part of a drilled hole even in a case where the anchor pin obliquely enters the drilled hole.SOLUTION: A pinning method comprises the steps of: forming a drilled hole 5 in a skeleton 2 through finishing material 4; forming a spherical strip shaped chamfered part 5B on an opening edge part of the drilled hole 5; injecting adhesive agent 6 into the drilled hole 5; inserting the anchor pin 1 having a spherical strip surface 11B on a top part 11 thereof abutting the spherical strip shaped chamfered part 5B in surface-to-surface contact into the drilled hole 5 injected by the adhesive agent 6; and abutting in surface to surface contact the spherical strip surface 11B on the top part 11 of the anchor pin 1 and the spherical strip shaped chamfered part 5B of the drilled hole 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】穿孔穴に対してアンカーピンが斜めに入った場合であってもアンカーピンの頭部と穿孔穴の開口縁部との接触面積を広く維持して、アンカーピンによる仕上げ材の支持強度を向上させることが可能なピンニング工法およびこれに用いられるピンニング工法用アンカーピンの提供。【解決手段】仕上げ材4を貫通して躯体2に穿孔穴5を形成し、穿孔穴5の開口縁部に球帯状の面取り部5Bを形成し、穿孔穴5に接着剤6を注入し、球帯状の面取り部5Bに面接触する球帯状面11Bを頭部11に有するアンカーピン1を接着剤6が注入された穿孔穴5に挿入し、アンカーピン1の頭部11の球帯状面11Bと穿孔穴5の球帯状の面取り部5Bとを面接触させる。【選択図】図4
