ANCHOR PIN FOR PINNING METHOD AND PINNING METHOD USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor pin and other members for a pinning method that do not affect a design of a wall body finished with a scratched tile.SOLUTION: An anchor pin 10 is used in a pinning method, in which a hole is drilled through a scratched tile 4 and to a predetermined depth of a concrete frame 2, and the anchor pin is inserted and fixed in an insertion hole 7 filled with an adhesive 8, the scratched tile having a plurality of scratched grooves 4a formed on a surface. The anchor pin has a cap part 11 fitted into the insertion hole 7 while the surface of the anchor pin is exposed on a surface of the scratched tile 4, and a pin body 12 on a tip side of the cap part 11, the pin body being inserted and fitted to the insertion hole. The cap part 11 has a camouflage groove 16 formed on a surface that has an almost same cross-section shape with the scratched groove 4a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】スクラッチタイルを仕上げ材とする壁体の意匠性を損なうことのないピンニング工法用のアンカーピン等を提供する。【解決手段】表面に複数の引掻き溝４ａを形成したスクラッチタイル４を貫通して、コンクリート躯体２に所定の深さまで穿孔を行うと共に、接着剤８を注入した挿填穴７に挿入装着されるピンニング工法用のアンカーピン１０であって、表面をスクラッチタイル４の表面に露出させた状態で、挿填穴７に嵌合するキャップ部１１と、キャップ部１１の先方において挿填穴に挿入装着されるピン本体１２と、を備え、キャップ部１１は、表面に引掻き溝４ａと略同一断面形状の迷彩溝１６を有している。【選択図】図３
