EXTENSION PAVEMENT TYPE EXPANSION DEVICE
To provide an extension pavement type expansion device that suppresses noise and vibration when a vehicle passes over, suppresses deformation of expansion joint members due to wheel load, suppresses deterioration due to water leakage, and the like, and also facilitates repair and modification work during new installation and later work.SOLUTION: A pair of expansion joint members 3 and 4 are arranged on a floor slab 1 of a road bridge in the vicinity of a girder joint gap 2 provided in the floor slab 1. Pavement parts 5 are arranged on both sides of the expansion joint members 3 and 4 in the bridge axis direction. The expansion joint members 3 and 4 are arranged within the thickness of the pavement parts 5. Comb-shaped parts 3a and 4a that mesh with each other are provided on the opposite sides of the expansion joint members 3 and 4. The positions where the comb-shaped portions 3a and 4a mesh with each other are provided disproportionately on one of floor slabs 1A or 1B with the girder joint gap 2 interposed therebetween. Constant length pavement parts 5A and 5B arranged on both sides of the expansion joint members 3 and 4 in the bridge axial direction are formed by a higher strength pavement material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両通過時の騒音や振動、輪荷重による伸縮継手部材の変形、漏水による劣化等を抑制し、さらには新設時および後々の補修・改修工事を容易に行えるようにした延長舗装タイプの伸縮装置を提供する。【解決手段】道路橋の床版部1の上に、床版部1に設けられた桁遊間部2に近接して一対の伸縮継手部材3と4を配置する。伸縮継手部材3および4の橋軸方向の両側部に舗装部5を配置する。伸縮継手部材3および4は舗装部5の厚さ内に配置する。伸縮継手部材3と4の対向する側の側部に互いに噛み合う櫛形部3aと4aを設ける。櫛形部3aと4aの互いに噛み合う位置を、桁遊間部2を挟んで床版部1Aまたは1Bの一方に偏って設ける。伸縮継手部材3および4の橋軸方向の両側部に配置された一定長の舗装部5Aと5Bは、より高強度の舗装材によって形成する。【選択図】図1
