To provide an information processor and a program which are capable of saving power of a radio key system.SOLUTION: The information processor comprises a control section 320 which is configured such that a determination is made as to whether or not a prescribed condition based on reservation information and positional relation is satisfied, and connection processing, which is conducted by a first radio communication section 110 and a first radio communication section 210 between a first communication device (portable terminal 100) associated with a user and a second communication device (vehicle 200) associated with an object to be used by the user, is started if the prescribed condition is satisfied, and the start of the connection processing is restricted if the prescribed condition is not satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
