PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a multistory parking lot on the basis of information obtained by traveling of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An information processor obtains, from a mobile body, position information including a parking position and inclination or altitude information, and estimates parking lot information related to parking lots existing in areas outside roads on the basis of position information of a plurality of mobile bodies entered the areas outside the roads.
