LAYING METHOD FOR LAYING PATTERNED ROAD SURFACE OR PATTERNED FLOOR SURFACE
To provide a laying method for laying a patterned road surface or a patterned floor surface that is not slippery, can retain a joint pattern by a stamp plate for a long period of time, and has a texture close to that of a real one.SOLUTION: A laying method includes: (1) a placing step S1 of placing ready mixed concrete containing aggregate; (2) a tapping step S2 of tapping a concrete surface to sink the aggregate; (3) a ruggedness forming step S3 of forming ruggedness on the concrete surface by applying or sprinkling a peeling oil on the concrete surface; (4) a joint forming step S4 of forming joints by pressing with a stamp plate to form joints on the concrete surface; (5) a curing step S6 of curing the ready mixed concrete; and (6) a coloring step S8 of pouring colored thinner paint into the joints after the ready mixed concrete has been hardened. It is preferable to color the ready mixed concrete itself at this time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】滑りにくく、スタンプ板による目地模様を長期間保持することができ、かつ本物の質感に近い模様路面又は模様床面を敷設する敷設方法を提供する。【解決手段】（１）骨材を含む生コンクリートを打設する打設工程Ｓ１、（２）コンクリート表面をタッピングして骨材を沈下させるタッピング工程Ｓ２、（３）コンクリート表面に剥離オイル剤を塗布又は散油し、コンクリート表面に凹凸を形成する凹凸形成工程Ｓ３、（４）コンクリート表面に目地を形成するために、スタンプ板で押し当てて目地を形成する目地形成工程Ｓ４、（５）生コンクリートを養生する養生工程Ｓ６、（６）生コンクリートが硬化した後、目地に着色したシンナー系塗料を流し込む着色工程Ｓ８を含む。この際に生コンクリート自体に着色処理を行っておくとよい。【選択図】図１
