CONSTRUCTION DEVICE OF WINDING SHAFT FOR SHUTTER CURTAIN AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a construction device of a winding shaft for a shutter curtain and its construction method capable of easily, rationally performing the work for horizontally or almost horizontally bridging the winding shaft to two brackets installed at an installation site of a shutter device after the shutter curtain of the shutter device is wound on the winding shaft.SOLUTION: The present device is configured by including: a winding device 30 for winding up a shutter curtain 1 with a winding shaft 2; a receiving stand 120 to receive the winding shaft 2, on which the shutter curtain 1 is wound by the winding device 30, from the winding device 30; and a forklift vehicle where the receiving stand 120 is set on a fork 181 and the winding shaft 2 is delivered to the receiving stand 120 from the winding device 30 due to the rise of the fork 181. The winding shaft 2 delivered to the receiving stand 120 is horizontally or almost horizontally bridged to two brackets by the operation such as traveling of the forklift vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 36
【課題】シャッター装置のシャッターカーテンを巻取軸で巻き取り、この巻取軸をシャッター装置の設置現場に２個設けられたブラケットに水平又は略水平に架け渡すための作業を容易かつ合理的に実施できるシャッターカーテン用巻取軸の施工装置及びその施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本装置は、シャッターカーテン１を巻取軸２で巻き取るための巻取装置３０と、巻取装置３０でシャッターカーテン１が巻き取られた巻取軸２を巻取装置３０から受け取るための受取台１２０と、受取台１２０がフォーク１８１にセットされ、フォーク１８１の上昇により巻取軸２が巻取装置３０から受取台１２０に受け渡されるフォークリフト車両と、を含んで構成され、受取台１２０に受け渡された巻取軸２が、フォークリフト車両の走行等の作動により、２個のブラケットに水平又は略水平に架け渡される。【選択図】図３６
