To provide a bicycle parking machine in which both the work of carrying out a bicycle to automatically store a rack in an inverted state and the work of carrying in the bicycle to store and manage at the rack are conducted in the same height position and these works are simple and safe, causing less error in operation.SOLUTION: A rack 12 becoming a vehicle empty state by carrying out a bicycle BCL from the rack 12 in a lower position is automatically stored in an inverted state and the rack 12 becoming a vehicle occupying state by carrying in the bicycle BCL to the rack 12 in the lower position is stored and managed in an upper position. Work burden is alleviated and erroneous operation is reduced since the carrying in work and the carrying out work of the bicycle BCL are both carried out in the lower position in an inverted storage type bicycle parking machine 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ラックを倒立状態へ自動収納するために自転車を搬出する作業と、ラックで保管・管理するために自転車を搬入する作業とが同じ高さ位置で行われ、これらの作業が簡単かつ安全で誤操作を生じにくい駐輪機を提供する。【解決手段】下段位置においてラック１２から自転車ＢＣＬを搬出して空車状態となったラック１２は倒立状態に自動収納され、下段位置においてラック１２に自転車ＢＣＬを搬入して実車状態となったラック１２は上段位置で保管・管理される。倒立収納タイプの駐輪機１００において、自転車ＢＣＬの搬出作業及び搬入作業がいずれも下段位置において行われるので、作業負担が軽減され誤操作も生じにくくなる。【選択図】図５
