WORKING SCAFFOLD INSTALLATION STRUCTURE IN BOILER FURNACE
To provide a working scaffold installation structure in a boiler furnace capable of providing a working scaffold in the boiler furnace while reducing the vertical height of a beam insertion opening provided in a boiler wall.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A working scaffold installation structure for installing a working scaffold in a boiler furnace, comprises: a beam insertion opening part provided in a furnace wall of the boiler furnace; a beam main body 20 linearly extending from a base end side to a tip end side, the tip end side being inserted from a beam insertion opening part and positioned below a water pipe nose part of a boiler furnace; and suspension means for suspending the tip end side of the beam main body 20. The beam main body 20 has main beams 22, 24 linearly extending from a base end side to a tip side. The main beams 22, 24 have a pair of flat plate-shaped horizontal plate parts 22a, 22b, 24a, 24b which are spaced apart in the vertical direction and face each other, and a pair of flat plate-shaped vertical plate portions 22c, 24c which stand facing each other between the pair of horizontal plate parts 22a, 22b, 24a, 24b and connect the pair of horizontal plate portions 22a, 22b, 24a, 24b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ボイラ壁に設ける梁挿入開口部の上下高さを低減しつつ、ボイラ火炉内に作業足場を設けることが可能なボイラ火炉内の作業足場設置構造の提供。【課題手段】ボイラ火炉内に作業足場を設置するための作業足場設置構造であって、ボイラ火炉の炉壁に設けられた梁挿入開口部と、基端側から先端側へ直線状に延び、先端側が梁挿入開口部から挿入されてボイラ火炉の水管ノーズ部の下方に位置する梁本体20と、梁本体20の先端側を懸吊する懸吊手段と、を備える。梁本体20は、基端側から先端側へ直線状に延びる主梁22,24を有する。主梁22,24は、上下方向に離間して相対向する平板状の1対の横板部22a,22b,24a,24bと、1対の横板部22a,22b,24a,24bの間で相対向して起立して1対の横板部22a,22b,24a,24bを連結する平板状の1対の縦板部22c,24cとを有する。【選択図】図4
