Safety Working Panel for Furnace Scaffold
The present invention relates to a safety walk board for scaffolding. More specifically, when scaffolding is installed in a large boiler furnace, the safety walk board for scaffolding is configured to increase fastening strength by comprising: main frames; fastening hooks fastened at front and rear ends of the main frames; a connecting frame vertically coupled between the main frames; a perforated plate placed on the top of the main frames and the connecting frame; and an assembly member integrally fastened through bending pieces bent at left and right sides of the perforated plate. The safety walk board enables work to be performed safely by facilitating easy and simple assembly, and keeping fastening strength firm and stable. Moreover, the safety walk board of the present invention can be easily assembled and disassembled without welding.
본 발명은 비계용 안전작업발판에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 대형 보일러 노내에 가설 작업대를 설치할 때 작업발판이 메인프레임과, 상기 메인프레임의 전후단에서 체결하는 체결후크와, 상기 메인프레임의 사이에서 수직으로 결합하는 연결프레임과, 상기 메인프레임과 연결프레임의 상측에 안치시키는 타공플레이트와, 상기 타공플레이트의 좌우에서 절곡형성된 절곡편을 관통하여 일체로 체결되는 조립부재로 이루어져 결속력을 높이도록 구성함으로써, 간편하고 편리하게 조립하도록 함과 동시에 견고하고 안정적인 지지력을 지속적으로 유지하여 안전한 작업을 유도할 뿐만 아니라 무용접으로 조립 및 분리가 용이한 비계용 안전작업발판에 관한 것이다.
