【課題】建物に配置される防火扉、防火シャッター及び防煙垂壁の数を合理的に低減させ、利用者の安全な避難を阻害しない程度に合理的な配置とすることができる建物の吹き抜け構造を提供する。【解決手段】一実施形態に係る建物の吹き抜け構造は、鉛直方向Ｄ１に並ぶ３層以上の階を備えた建物Ｓの吹き抜け構造１であって、建物Ｓの避難階を含むと共に、建物Ｓの２層にわたって形成される第１吹き抜けエリア２と、建物Ｓの３層以上にわたって形成される第２吹き抜けエリア３ｂと、を備える。【選択図】図１
