To provide a stainable decorative sheet which has good touch feeling of the surface and stainability while having good adhesion between a paper base material and non-woven fabric, and is excellent in transparency, and a coloring method for a decorative sheet using the stainable decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A stainable decorative sheet has a paper base material, an adhesive layer provided on at least one surface side of the paper base material, a non-woven fabric layer provided on the other surface side on a surface provided with the paper base material of the adhesive layer, and a transparency improving layer provided on the other surface side on a surface provided with the adhesive layer of the non-woven fabric layer. The non-woven fabric layer partially has a filling part A obtained by filling a partial gap of fibers constituting the non-woven fabric layer with a resin forming the adhesive layer on a surface side provided with the adhesive layer in a thickness direction in the layer, and a filling part B obtained by filling a partial gap of fibers constituting the non-woven fabric layer with a resin for forming the transparency improving layer on a surface side provided with the transparency improving layer in the thickness direction in the layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
