To provide a stainable decorative sheet which is extremely excellent in stainability, is inexpensive and is reduced in environmental loads, and a decorative sheet coloring method using the stainable decorative sheet.SOLUTION: There are provided a stainable decorative sheet that has a base material, an adhesive layer provided on at least one surface side of the base material, and a non-woven fabric layer provided on the other surface side of the surface provided with the base material of the adhesive layer, in which the non-woven fabric layer has a filling part A obtained by filling a part of a gap of a fiber constituting the non-woven fabric layer with a resin forming the adhesive layer, on a surface side provided with the adhesive layer in a thickness direction in the layer, the resin forming the adhesive layer is a thermoplastic urethane resin, and a contact angle of the thermoplastic urethane resin is 90.0° or less; and a coloring sheet coloring method using the stainable decorative sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
