To provide a suspension device capable of reducing the overall weight to be lifted by a lifting machine while reducing the construction cost, a suspension method, and attachment method of an exterior wall panel to a building frame.SOLUTION: A suspension device 6 includes: a balancer 61 with one end that is the hanging position of an exterior wall panel 5, which is the object to be hung, and the other end that is the position where the counterweight is placed; and a suspended object swivel control device 63 placed on the other end as all or part of the counterweight.
