To provide a suspension device capable of reducing flapping of an object due to wind during lifting the same, a suspension method, and a method of attaching an outer wall panel to a building frame.SOLUTION: The suspension device includes: a balancer 61, whose one end is the suspension position of an exterior wall panel 5 which is the object to be suspended; an object connecting member 65 that connects the exterior wall panel 5 and the other end of the balancer 61, in which a hanging source C is set between the one end side and the other end side. There is provided, on the other end of the balancer 61, a suspended object swivel control device 63 that has a weight equal to all or part of the counterweight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
