To provide a pipe fitting, and installation structure of the pipe fitting and a construction method of the pipe fitting, in which the pipe fitting has excellent workability and construction manageability.SOLUTION: A pipe fitting 10 is characterized by comprising: a joint pipe body 11 having a vertical pipe connecting part 13 that can be connected to a vertical pipe P1 at one end and a horizontal pipe connecting part 14 that can be connected to a horizontal pipe P2 on a side surface; a spigot pipe 19 that is provided in a vertical pipe connection part 8 so as to project from one end of the joint pipe body 11 and is inserted into an end part of a socket pipe P3; and an extension and shrinkage absorbing member 25 that is provided on a base end part outer circumference of the spigot pipe 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
