To provide a technique that allows monitors to easily find a fall location of a columnar object such as a pylon.SOLUTION: A fall notification system 1 includes: a plurality of slave units 10A-10E attached to respective columnar objects 40A-40E placed side by side on the ground; and a master unit 20 that wirelessly communicates with the slave units 10A-10E. Each of the slave units 10A-10E includes a control unit that performs a process of sending the master unit 20 fall information indicating a fall of the corresponding columnar object 40A-40E to which its own device is attached, position information indicating the position of the corresponding columnar object, and an identifier of the own device or the corresponding columnar object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
