COVERING MATERIAL, TUBULAR MOLDED BODY, METHOD FOR PRODUCING TUBULAR MOLDED BODY, AND COVERING METHOD
To provide: a covering material capable of forming a tubular molded body having sulfuric acid resistance and capable of reducing the disposal amount of lime wash; the tubular molded body formed while covered with the covering material; and a method for producing the tubular molded body.SOLUTION: A covering material covers the inside of a tubular kneaded material formed by centrifugally molding a kneaded material obtained by kneading a concrete composition and water. The covering material is formed by mixing a powder material with a lime wash. The powder material comprises a cement, a blast furnace cement, inorganic fine particles and a fine aggregate; and the lime wash is the one oozing from the inside of the tubular kneaded material when the kneaded material is centrifugally molded.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】耐硫酸性を有する管状成型体を形成することができると共に、ノロの処分量を低減することができる被覆材、前記被覆材で被覆されて形成される管状成型体、および、前記管状成型体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート組成物と水とが混練されて形成される混練物が遠心成型されてなる管状の混練物の内面を被覆する被覆材であって、セメント、高炉スラグ、無機微粉末、および、細骨材を含む粉体材料と、前記混練物を遠心成型した際に管状の混練物の内側に染み出るノロとが混合されて形成される。【選択図】なし
