CURING SHEET FOR CONCRETE PLACING FORMWORK, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
To provide a curing sheet for a concrete placing formwork capable of simply achieving both concrete detachability and concrete beauty, and to provide a producing method of the same.SOLUTION: A curing sheet 12 for a concrete placing formwork is disposed to be interposed between a formwork body 10 and concrete 14. The curing sheet 12 for a concrete placing formwork is made of a non-woven fabric body 20 comprising a resin processed into a fiber form. The non-woven fabric body 20 is constituted of a core-sheath type composite fiber in which a sheath portion 24 is composed of a water-repellent resin and a core portion 22 is composed of a polymeric resin with higher tensile strength than that of the water-repellent resin. Also, through holes 26 are formed so that an average hole diameter is 0.05 to 1.00 mm on a main face of the non-woven fabric body 20. Further, a smoothed surface portion 28 is formed on a part or the whole fiber of a first surface which is positioned at a side that is in contact with the concrete 14 in the non-woven fabric body 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートの剥離性およびコンクリートの美観性を簡易に両立することが可能なコンクリート打設型枠用養生シートおよびその生産方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート打設型枠用養生シート１２は、型枠本体１０とコンクリート１４との間に介在するように配置される。このコンクリート打設型枠用養生シート１２は、繊維状に加工された樹脂からなる不織布本体２０からなるものである。 不織布本体２０は、鞘部２４が撥水性樹脂により構成され、芯部２２が撥水性樹脂よりも引張強度が高い高分子樹脂で構成される芯鞘型複合繊維から構成される。また、不織布本体２０の主面上において平均孔径が０．０５〜１．００ｍｍとなるように貫通孔２６が形成される。さらに、不織布本体２０におけるコンクリート１４と接触する側に位置する第１の表面の繊維の一部または全面に平滑化表面部２８が形成される。【選択図】図１
