RAIL INSPECTION APPARATUS
To provide a rail inspection apparatus which makes it possible to accurately detect looseness of a fastener which fixes a rail.SOLUTION: There is provided a rail inspection apparatus 1 comprising a truck 3 travelling on a rail 2, a distance sensor 4 attached to a lower part of the truck 3, analyzing means 6 for analyzing measurement results of the distance sensor 4, and display means 7 for displaying analysis results of the analyzing means 6. The distance sensor 4 measures the height of the top face of a bolt 24 and the upper face of a base 22. The analyzing means 6 calculates difference of elevation between the top face of the bolt 24 and the upper face of the base 22, and determines whether the difference of elevation is a threshold value or more. The display means 7 displays the difference of elevation and determination results of the difference of elevation against the threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】レールを固定する締結具の緩みを的確に検出することを可能とした軌条点検装置を提案する。【解決手段】レール２上を走行する台車３と、台車３の下部に取り付けられた距離センサー４と、距離センサー４の計測結果を解析する解析手段６と、解析手段６の解析結果を表示する表示手段７とを備える軌条点検装置１である。距離センサー４は、ボルト２４の頂面と土台２２の上面の高さを測定する。解析手段６は、ボルト２４の頂面と前記土台２２の上面との高低差を算出するとともに、高低差が閾値以上であるか否かを判定する。表示手段７は、高低差とともに閾値に対する高低差の判定結果を表示する。【選択図】図１
