SPECIAL HANGING REINFORCEMENT RING, REINFORCEMENT CAGE AND DESIGN METHOD OF REINFORCEMENT CAGE
To provide a special hanging reinforcement ring capable of reducing burden load of a reinforcement fixing metal fitting used in a non-welding construction method, preventing deflection and deformation in erection work, and constructing a reinforcement cage having construction safety.SOLUTION: A special hanging reinforcement ring 4 is orthogonally arranged to a plurality of main reinforcements 2 forming a reinforcement cage for a cast-in-place pile, attached with a reinforcement fixing metal fitting (a first metal fitting 20) at crossing parts with the main reinforcements 2, and attached with a hanging tool 6 in erection time of the reinforcement cage. The ring has two or more ring parts 11 arranged in the center shaft direction of the reinforced cage with predetermined intervals and two or more connection parts 12 for connecting the adjacent rings 11 with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】無溶接工法で用いられる鉄筋固定用金具の負担荷重を減らすことができ、建て込み作業時における撓みや変形が防止でき、施工安全性が確保された鉄筋籠を構築することができる特殊吊補強リングを提供すること。【解決手段】場所打ち杭用の鉄筋籠を構成する複数の主筋2と直交させて配設され、複数の主筋2との交差部に鉄筋固定用金具(第1金具20)が取り付けられるとともに、鉄筋籠の建て込み時に吊り具6が取り付けられる特殊吊補強リング4であって、鉄筋籠の中心軸方向に所定間隔を設けて配置される2以上のリング部11と、隣り合うリング部11どうしを連結する2以上の連結部12とを装備する。【選択図】図2
