To provide a hanging device allowing easy hanging work of a reinforcement cage with a simple configuration, and an erection method of the reinforcement cage using the hanging device.SOLUTION: A hanging device has a load supporting metal fitting fitted to auxiliary reinforcements penetrating through a reinforcement cage and connection metal fittings connecting the load supporting metal fitting to a hanging metal. Through-holes for inserting the auxiliary reinforcements therethrough are provided at the load supporting metal fitting, and the load supporting metal fitting and the auxiliary reinforcements are movably fitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
