RAIL INTERVAL ADJUSTMENT STRUCTURE
To provide a rail interval adjustment structure capable of appropriately supporting the bending moment acting on a guard rail between a first interval adjusting member and a second interval adjusting member, thereby making a fixing member appropriate.SOLUTION: A first interval adjusting member and a second interval adjusting member are provided whose thicknesses in a gauge direction change in a rail longitudinal direction between a stock rail and a guard rail; a contact surface between the first interval adjusting member and the second interval adjusting member has an engaging surface having a recess and a protrusion; a fixing member is provided that fixes the stock rail, the first interval adjusting member, the second interval adjusting member and the guard rail while adjusting a predetermined interval between the stock rail and the guard rail by changing the engaging position of the engaging surface between the first interval adjusting member and the second interval adjusting member in the rail longitudinal direction; and a contact portion between the first interval adjusting member and the second interval adjusting member has a moment supporting portion for supporting the rotational moment of lateral force to the outside of the gauge acting on the guard rail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
