PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house capable of reducing bearing force of a structure.SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house (1) of the present invention comprises a structure (10) for forming a plurality of living spaces (12) and a housing unit (20) detachably constituted in the living spaces (12). The housing unit (20) is a box body having a floor panel, a sidewall panel connected to this floor panel and a ceiling panel connected to this sidewall panel.
