To provide a method for manufacturing a precast concrete product that can shorten the construction period compared to the conventional method by eliminating "play time" as much as possible from the entire process (particularly a critical path).SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a precast concrete product is a method for manufacturing a precast concrete product having a coating film for preventing cracks on a surface, and comprises a concrete placing step, a primary curing step, a coating step, and an underwater curing step. In the coating step, the paint is applied to a concrete surface after the primary curing step, and in the underwater curing step, the concrete is cured in water after the coating step. The precast concrete product is manufactured by performing the concrete placing step, the primary curing step, the coating step, and the underwater curing step in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】全体工程（特にクリティカルパス）からできるだけ「遊びの時間」を排除して従来手法より工期短縮を図ることができるプレキャストコンクリート製品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート製品の製造方法は、表面にひび割れ防止用の塗膜を具備するプレキャストコンクリート製品を製造する方法であって、コンクリート打込み工程と１次養生工程、塗布工程、水中養生工程を備えた方法である。塗布工程では、１次養生工程後にコンクリート表面に塗料を塗布し、水中養生工程では、塗布工程後にコンクリートを水中で養生する。コンクリート打込み工程と１次養生工程、塗布工程、水中養生工程をこの順に行うことでプレキャストコンクリート製品を製造する。【選択図】図１
