UNDERFLOOR INUNDATION PREVENTION DEVICE
To provide an underfloor inundation prevention device capable of securing enough underfloor ventilation in ordinary time, and coping with abrupt rise of a water level in inundation.SOLUTION: An underfloor inundation prevention device 1 is provided at an underfloor vent hole 100 formed on the foundation part of a building 10, and is disposed inside a building. The underfloor inundation prevention device 1 has a ventilation member 2 formed with a vent hole 21, a movable opening/closing lid 3 and a container 5. The movable opening/closing lid 3 is formed to be movable between an open position PS1 opening the vent hole 21 and a closed position of the vent hole 21. The container 5 is indirectly connected to the movable opening/closing lid 3, and stores water flowing from outside of the building toward the underfloor through the underfloor vent hole 100. The movable opening/closing lid 3 is placed at an open position PS1 when water is not stored in the container 5, moves from the open position PS1 toward a closed position as water is accumulated in the container 5. When water equal to or more than a predetermined capacity is stored in the container 5, the lid 3 is placed at the closed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】通常時には床下通気を十分に確保し、かつ、浸水時には急激な水位の上昇に対応することが可能な床下浸水防止装置の提供。【解決手段】床下浸水防止装置1は、建物10の基礎部に形成された床下通気口100に設けられ、建物内部に配置される。床下浸水防止装置1は、通気口21が形成された通気部材2と可動式開閉蓋3と容器5とを備える。可動式開閉蓋3は、通気口21を開放する開放位置PS1と通気口21を閉鎖する閉鎖位置との間を移動可能に構成されている。容器5は、可動式開閉蓋3に間接的に接続され、建物外部から床下通気口100を通って床下に向かう水を収容する。可動式開閉蓋3は、容器5に水が収容されていない場合には開放位置PS1に配置され、容器5に水が溜まるにつれて開放位置PS1から閉鎖位置に向けて移動し、容器5に所定容量以上の水が収容された場合には閉鎖位置に配置される。【選択図】図2
